P1-BWM Brush-type jar washing machine for container cleaning

The brush jar washing machine is used for external washing of filled and sealed jars before labeling or packaging. It effectively removes product residues, glue, grease, and contaminants, ensuring clean and visually appealing containers.

Washing takes place in an enclosed tunnel using rotating brushes and a spray system that distributes water or detergent evenly. The recirculation system allows water reuse, significantly reducing consumption. The machine includes two tanks — for clean and used water — and a grease and solid particle trap to prevent contamination.

Steam or electric water heating (optional) increases washing efficiency when dealing with oily products. A jar counter can be installed to monitor productivity.

The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygiene standards. The machine easily integrates into filling, capping, or labeling production lines.
