How the MZPA works – the machine is placed on the jar with the lid ready for sealing and pressed tightly against the jar. Turn the sealing machine clockwise until it stops. When performing this operation, the sealing process takes place. Turn the machine in the opposite direction with the handle (i.e., counterclockwise for several turns).
