Purpose:
The gripping roller is an essential part of the feed system in industrial corn cutters (Corn Cutters/Shellers). Its main function is to grip and guide the corn cob immediately after kernel removal, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of the processing line.
Design Features:
The roller has two rows of six spikes each, providing reliable contact with wet cobs and preventing slippage or clogging in the cutting area.
Compatibility and Analogues:
Thanks to the use of standard industrial stainless steel and precise dimensions, our roller can be used as a direct analogue of KU-Z parts and other corn-cutting machines used in canning and processing plants.
